@pika boo I would not advise you to do that at all… wait until you get your GC then if you want to do that then you can but I have never heard of such. once you get your GC the other cards becomes invalid and it supersedes any other card you have before. don’t risk it to send it back because you don’t know how long it will take to get your GC card. best bet consult a lawyer like $150 to $200 and get a concrete answer rather than assuming and acting on your own discretion.

@chicharron t : I saw your timeline, they added your fingerprints on 2024 , was your first fingerprint? or they re added. also was your RFE related to your medical? reason I an asking is , my 485 has been pending for 6 months after 360 approved. uscis didn’t ask me to renew my okd medical form , however I saw many people had rfe for renewal of medical. Also , uscis on July 2024 re added my fingerprint to my 485 , which I already had done it on 2021 . my case has long daley which I don’t know why . I got sick and bad depression.

hope hope they added my fingerprints after my vawa was approved and my RFE was my medical and form i864w sent it 4 weeks later the scheduled my interview. im just waiting for the interview my vawa was approved in march

@F A : I knew you are waiting for your decision on 485, you have good information, may you do help me . my Ex husband did withdraw his petition 130 , after that others forms what were related to 130 denied . I applied for my own 360, 485. 360 got approved on February 2024 , but my 485 did stuck in field office, it’s been 6 months without any update on that like rfe for medical and rest. question! this delay could be related what my EX husband wrote on his withdrawal paper. however I had police report related with my injury durin marriage. could you help me with your answer. thanks

@Hope Hope 💝 I don’t think whatever your ex wrote in his withdrawal has anything to do with the delay you are experiencing. I have seen people here have such delay too. I will say you should hold on btw do you have an attorney? Regardless of whatever your ex wrote, Uscis will definitely get back to you and would inform you to counter whatever your ex has written with evidence.
