Using a lawyer or not makes no impact to your application.

@N G , I was wondering what the real difference is. Yhanks

I see only 8 voters chose the Lawyer question and the rest chose the other. Very interesting guys. Thanks for sharing. I do hope a lot more persons will get approval by the month end. 🙏🙌🏾🤞

most people I’ve seen get approved fast is because they sent everything in the beginning with there application evidence medical exams sponser info if needed unlike others who send things until we get the rfe which I’ve seen slows down the process by atleast 3-6 months
this is just what I’ve noticed

@Alejandra g , we’ll that makes sense. I wish I had sent in everything at once. If I had only known. Sometimes it’s just a learning process so I’m the future we can guide others along the way based on our circumstances and the experience.

definitely not because of a lawyer. I have a lawyer and she hasn’t helped with anything.

@Ken Asare , that’s terrible. I’m so sorry to hear that. A lawyer should have your back and should understand the system and the process so that he or she can guide you through to make the process a seamless and quick one. Some of these lawyers need to give up their license if they don’t know how to use it.
