@Amal Jaber I see. well, paying for premium service on your I-140 would make uscis to make decision to your form within 15-45 days. When I filed my last year July 2023, I paid for premium and it was approved within 5 days after submitting it. but I’ve seen some posts on here people who submitted their I-140 without premium service, it takes them 6-12 months even longer before they receive any decision from uscis. Hopefully yours doesn’t take that long to get processed.

@Anduy F dear premim process need to be pass in English test within 2 month after I-140 request, in that time iam not ready to that exam, i pass in january 2024, after 8 month of 1-140. because I study in that time to get the target mark.

what was the RFE about? when is your PD? are you a nurse?

@Amal Jaber mine is in may 2023 as well. however,I’m documenterly qualified waiting to be current and for my interview. I advise you to follow up with your lawyer or just ask Emma about the status of your i140.

@Mohammad Matalkah I try many time to talk with live agent Emma, when I write my phone number, they reply we cant recognize, I wite country code and my phone number, nobody call me yet

@Mohammad Matalkah also my attorney send to me he contact with USCIS and the officer submit service request, but he will response after 30 days.that mean I should wait total 90 days for response, because already I complete 60 days of waiting time.
