No update
hello , so I applied for a renewal of my EAD since 2023 Oct and its about to expire in few days. I got my receipt it been received, but up till now I have gotten any update. I have been getting my prima facie renewal. I applied 2021 Dec . still no update apart from my last finger print . any advice please
CRP - tier 2 callback request response
I tried to get a callback from a tier 2 agent about my CRP case and got a VERY generic response that doesn't make sense (quote from email):
"Thank you for your inquiry dated April 08, 2024.
Regarding your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status (Employee).
"As of December 6, 2023, your priority date no longer meets the cut-off date published in the Visa Bulletin, due to retrogression, your case must be held in abeyance until a visa once again becomes available. If the adjudication of your Form I-485 will not require an in-person interview at a USCIS office, then your case will be held at the USCIS Service Center where you initially filed your application."
I am now current since Feb 2024 - yet the response is relevant to the day they moved me to CRP. it's like they don't care about anything. so sad :(
Anyone with a different experience?

Following up if anyone received any update after receiving RFIE for Birth certificate.
I have been waiting for over 100 days and haven't seen any movement. Anyone got any info, if their case transferred to field office or any other update.

After my VAWA approval case is back to âreviewing correspondence â
I had my VAWA approved last month. my card was produced and delivered after about 24 days.
Today, my profile just popped up showing that â They have received my correspondence and reviewing my caseâ.
what could this mean after approval.
Citizenship for EB Green Card
There are different options regarding applying for citizenship from employment based green card holders. Apparently, USCIS will ask for proof of employment with sponsoring company. Any recent experience? Do you need to show paystub and W2 from that company? Additionally, what if the salary doesnât match to the approved PWD, will it be a problem? Thanks everyone!

No se si esto le ayude a alguien, pero mi caso fue aprobado sin entrevista y la Ășnica evidencia que me solicitaron, fueron los anĂĄlisis mĂ©dicos, ya que yo subĂ en mi cuenta de uscis, donde dice unsolicited evidence, fotos de nuestro dĂa a dĂa, y documentos que respaldarĂĄn nuestra relaciĂłn. solo lo bĂĄsico, sin querer demostrar demasiado(nada de fotos intimas). por ahora este es el final de mi primer peldaño, bendiciones đđđđ.

the most frustrating part is waiting and not knowing by when we will receive the approval. not to mention all the steps that will follow through the NVC and consular processing. It is tough on my mom who is living by herself in Germany.
