Do they interview for AP too!

I don’t know. my employer attorney reached out to senator and probably that how they called me on site with documents.

interview for AP is likely when one had applied for emergency (work or personal). They just ask for the reasons along with some documentation proof and issue right away. If this is due to delays beyond reasonable processing time, then take a printout of Service requests that you had done in the past and quote the dates you spoke to tier 2 officer else they will simply talk to you about situation and dial tier 2 officer in NBC and send you back home. you will get in a few weeks definitely since the FO put in a expedite request I am speaking from a friend’s experience who had to travel outside US urgently for work reasons.
