Advanced Parol approved after 6 months!
Wanted to share my I-131 timeline with you all because all your experiences have helped me accelerate the process! Timeline is as follows:
Oct 6: EAD + AP applications submitted
Nov 14: EAD card received in mail (not combo)
Mar 18: Contacted congressman to expedite AP
Mar 18: Congressman said they’d contacted USCIS
Apr 8: AP status changed to approved
Apr 10: AP document was produced
Apr 17: Received AP in the mail
I used humanitarian reasons to expedite AP and included a doctors letter in it. Congressman was very helpful and friendly. So glad that the AP is approved after so long!

NVC request every W2, 1099 and schedule form for joint sponsor
Hi my joint sponsor is a business owner, we submitted his tax and schedule form, all documents are accepted but NVC sends a message to tell us to submit every w2, 1099 and schedule form for joint sponsor. What should we do because we submitted all? I resubmitted his schedule form last night
I-485 receipt not received
Filed change of status in March and package tracking shows it was received 03/26. still waiting for receipt. The money Order is not cashed
Unfortunately, my current status was terminated just last week. Would could be the implications or is the adjustment of status recognize from the day the application was received, 03/26?

I have different dates in my recieve of my RFE I send it last year in June and now appears that they recieved April 16, can someone know if this is a good sign?
