what does SPM mean
I put a service request through for my case being outside normal processing time and the reference number ended in SPM instead on SLC for Salt Lake City ? Anyone know what this means??

@Patiently Waiting thank you , my case has moved from Texas to Chicago to salt lake City where I live and now MN this is totally ridiculous
