RFE
Hi guys,
I seen an development in my I485 case after Vawa approval. states: RFE has been sent and has been 20days and I haven’t received it. i happen to raise a ticket to resend RFE. Has anyone experienced the same- if so do you know how long it takes uscis to resend the document. I am concered as RFE has limited time to respond to.
Any experiences and suggestions much appreciated!

@shams T call them, ask for infopass. They are able to reprint the mail for you there. Otherwise it might be big issue afterwards (from my experience).

@shams T you can get an officer on online chat and ask them you are missing RFE they will email it right away . only thing is that it’s hard to get them try talk to a live agent in chat.between office hours

I happened to have my RFE returned saying I couldn’t be located.. had to get the lawyer to email USCIS because the time was coming up close for the return date. If you send it might not reach in time ..so get a lawyer to request a copy.

@a n it is very easy to speak to an agent when you call them. Just tell “lost receipt ” twice. I call them a lot👌

Thank you all for sharing experiences and routing me to right direction. i did chat with live agent and they raised a ticket and mentioned the document will be emailed to me in 24hrs. Thanks again🙏🏼

@M T can you verify if they emailed you a soft copy of RFE or mail the hard copy, thank you!

@Chris Femi They said they sent hard copy which i did not receive it either and then they scheduled an appointment at uscis office to get it from there
