All,
wish to know how long it takes for decision once we submit RFE(Medical) in general? It's been almost 3 months after I submitted RFE document and no updates post that. No response from Emma too as they say it's within normal timeline.

i130 approved but been scheduled for i485 interview.
Hi family, my i130 was approved June 7, and on August 20, I was schedule for interview on i485, the same day my i131 AP was approved. should I be worried? Also what kind of questions should I expect at the interview when my i130 has already been approved. please if any help would be much appreciated. Phoenix Field office.

now on the 15tg they are reviewing my case I asked emmma, they said I’m on the queue for interview , I think because they giving me a 10 years card but I seen people they even got the 10 years without interview let see
