485 Approval Timeline after RFE submission
All,
wish to know how long it takes for decision once we submit RFE(Medical) in general? It's been almost 3 months after I submitted RFE document and no updates post that. No response from Emma too as they say it's within normal timeline.
My case filed as of 3/28/2024
RFE responded as of 5/29/2024

I submitted my case on 3/29/2024. I am waiting for medical RFE till today. EB1A current.

I think USCIS is moving the RFE cases to backlog to review later unfortunately
