Hello, Has anyone who applied Septembe 2, 2022 Form I-130 been approved? or still waiting? it’s been almost 2 years and we have not heard anything other than “Your case is being actively reviewed” Potomac service center

that’s a pretty long time for a USC app. sorry i have nothing helpful to add im also sept 19, 2022 but my husband is an LPR not citizen. case transferred from california to potomac

my husband was born here. So, I don’t understand why is taking so long. it’s honestly so frustrating. I’ve submitted a lot of inquiry request and no response whatsoever. My case is obviously outside of processing time and still nothing.

@LivingbyFaith 2019 Have you submitted an inquiry to see why is taking so long? I submitted one back in July 13, 2024. and supposedly they send me an email but I didn’t get it. so idk at this point.

OMG! that tells you nothing new!!! this is so frustrating! It’s insane how slow this people are moving. if they can’t deal with the workload they should try to implement a new method. I don’t know what to do at this point… It’s crazy.

I’m depressed, stress not working altho I have a work permit so that’s double stress for me I feel like giving up but I can’t for my sons sake

Exactly. I lost my job back in March 07,2023 because I started my I-130 petition. so, I am desperate to have an answer or at least an update, just something!. What service center is your I-130 petition?
