So thankful!! 🎉🎉🥳🙏🏼
After more than 2 years of waiting finally I got approved. I just wanted to share my experience tell you guys don’t give up. On December 2022, I started to expedite my case due to financial emergency then I got aproved after a couple of moths. In June 2024, I called to USCIS to ask about my I-485 case and see if they can review my case or wondering if I needed to do something else. They told me that it was already past the regular processing time and that they would send a note to the officer that was reviewing my case. After a few weeks, I saw my case “Activently reviewing” and they schedulled me to an interview. I went to the interview on July 9th,2024 and the officer required me to do a new medical test and send them back. I sent it and I got approved after a few weeks. Be hopeful and pray God for help!! I hope you guys have a very short journey than the one I went through.

@Petit John I expedited my case I-765 to request my Employment Authorization. I sent a document explaining that we had hard time to pay our bills because my wife was pregnant at that time and I needed to work to support my family. I attached rent bills, my wife pregnancy and paystubs, and other bills.

@john merk Hey John, that’s correct. If you did your medical test before 2023. Most likely they will ask you for a new medical test. what I recommend to take that medical test to your interview because they will approve you right away.

@bn k To be honest they didn’t ask much. He just reviewed my case while we were there and he didn’t ask much questions. A few questions like if our address is the same or If I left the country during my process. Then he told us that our case was approved just neede the updated medical test.
