hello guys I need your experience I started my case in Pennsylvania, my vawa was already approved on March , since my case hasn’t be changed , my lawyers recommended me to send 693 to have any updated my case . I relocated me to Las Vegas, but I haven’t updated the address because I don’t want more delays in my case , I dont know if I need to go to Pennsylvania to do the medical or could do here in Vegas ( all my case has the lawyer address, I never have received anything in my address) please help I read u guys I appreciate it

work permission category issues

hi. I just noticed that my attorney put category c31 on my work permission application. does it mean I will be waiting until vawa is approved? what can I do to expedite it? he doesn't answer on my emails and I am really stressed. I can't really afford to live another two or three years without job and a car. I am single mom and we don't have any family to help us.

how many of you have received your GC/ approval after submitting RFE or interview or other documents? some have received RFE mentioned, if it is submitted on time the available visa number will be assigned for this fiscal year.

Is USCIS supposed to send two documents, one to give the CBP officer which keeps it and another to keep? Why would USCIS only send one?

I got my work permit approved from July 16 but still haven’t received my social security number as yet ……. Went to my social security office in my hometown but it’s still pending…….. have anyone else having the same issue as me

Should I be worried?

F2A category, son is 18 years old. I filed I-130 when he was 17years. his priority date is current, should I be worried about adjusting his status? he has a 10year visa.
