nope, once filing for i485. you have the option to file i765 which will give you the ssn once approved. (or i485 approval itself also give you ssn)

usually it will come together with i765. but if you don't receive it , just bring your card ,fill out the form .since they already have the information they don't ask much , just confirm few things and card will be sent to you in mail .
