Should I be worried?
F2A category, son is 18 years old. I filed I-130 when he was 17years. his priority date is current, should I be worried about adjusting his status? he has a 10year visa.

if he's now 18, how can his PD be current if you filed when he was 17?

This is a F2A category and date for filing is after his priority date

Is he in the USA? if so he can do aos now because uscis aos use dates of filling. As of now it is June 15 2024
