@Charlie SC check with Emma if your interview is waived… if yes, then you are at good spot from your local Field office.

@Amku k I asked but got response that their is no information regarding interview. Also, local FO typically means interview?

@Charlie SC local FO have authority to waive off interview or take interview and then move back to NBC to load balance to other FO

@Amku k I know nothing can be gauged from this movement. But why would a local FO move file back without interview. My PD is June 2022 ROW. Always current since submission.

Because your records are clear at Local FO, like tax returns, address, been in city for longtime and many other factors.. @Charlie SC

@Amku k Yes I have been living in this city from the last 6 years. Always submitting tax. You have some good knowledge about the process.

@Amku k The other opinion is that the FO sent back as no visa is available. EB2 might be ending up too.

@Charlie SC in such case, shouldn’t they publish something like EB3 or EW category? My thoughts are also similar but just not quite sure.
