my case submitted 22 Feb 22 , so close to yours . Got interview on 13 Aug 24@ San Antonio , they gave me a paper “ case on held for review” , on line still showing “ interview scheduled “ Very frustrating, never got any update since the interview .

you are probably out of processing time. Sue

@w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 nobody knows accurate information about processing time. I’m just keep waiting for them to response.

try call to the USCIS, ask for an info pass appointment, tell them you are way out of the processing time ( is the paper saying that will reply u within 120 days ? )

@j p no there are processing times posted on USCIS website. if you’re outside of that time you can make an inquiry for out of processing time or you can sue. this is a real thing. it’s taking too long

@Victoria chan @w s 🇨🇦🇺🇸 called already and they said give us like 90 days respond time in June. now August is Almost Over still no response

@j p Don’t worry they will respond within 90 days. You may need to submit an outside normal processing time inquiry though.My I-130 was approved within 90days. Sadly, I am still waiting on, I-485.

@J B your I-130 Approved within 90 days ? my I-485 is over 90 days

@j p I could totally understand your feeling , as over 900 days + long torture, we thought it was the end of the long waiting , as the interview was finally scheduled . Never never expected this is another round of waiting . Especially we saw people here so lucky just short time got approved or would able to get at least a virbal approval during interview . Then we would keep asking ourselves why me, just me , so unlucky ! 😢😤😭
