i693 for residence
hello guys I need your experience
I started my case in Pennsylvania, my vawa was already approved on March , since my case hasn’t be changed , my lawyers recommended me to send 693 to have any updated my case . I relocated me to Las Vegas, but I haven’t updated the address because I don’t want more delays in my case , I dont know if I need to go to Pennsylvania to do the medical or could do here in Vegas ( all my case has the lawyer address, I never have received anything in my address)
please help

you can do your medical where you’re at as long as there’s a civil surgeon. I’d ask Emma what office your case is at just in case. I’ve heard that works sometimes but they could also just throw it out if they didn’t ask for it, so make sure you get a couple sealed copies in case 😂. good luck! @nancy silva
you should change your address to where you live. if you have an interview you will have to fly….

You can have your medical done in any of the 50 states in the US.

please update change of address within 10 days of relocation. it’s kind of mandatory, otherwise will affect your case.
it did not matter case process time , even if you are in Las Vegas. because more or less 2 Months difference
