I-730 outside USA after interview with consulate
hey guys , my husband did his interview and the officer took his passport, he did his medical and everything , there is nothing outstanding. officer told him that he was going to place him under ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING
his ceac status says REFUSED and was wondering if that is normal? and how long we have to wait for his visa ?

today makes 92 days since I’ve been to my interview 87 days since I sent RFE still no outcome I just call USCIS the representative told me I will hear something in 3 weeks if not I should call them back have anyone been in the same situation I don’t know if what she told me is accurate because a few months ago Emma told me I would have received an outcome in 60 days 😞
I-485 Interview after Administratively closed
Good morning community,
My I-485 was administratively closed due to being in removal proceedings, the proceedings were terminated and my I-485 was reopened on 03/31/25. My I-130 was approved back in December 2023. The interview notice is asking for all the legal, travel, immigration documents as well as the supporting evidence of the relationship. Has anyone in here being in a similar situation? What should I expect for the interview? Any insight is appreciated.
