Hello everyone, I hope all of you are doing well both physically and mentally. I have an update on my I-485 application. I applied for VAWA in September 2021, and my VAWA was approved in September 2023. Two weeks ago, I received a mail for biometrics, and I went to get my fingerprints taken along with a photo. Yesterday, I received a notification in the app stating that the case was updated to show fingerprints were taken. My question, based on the experience of previous applicants, is what would be the next step—medical examination or interview? I have not submitted the medical exam since 2021.#vawa #i-485

@Kaya don I think next you will get your rfe for Medical’s you can do it now it will be valid for 2 years
so if you do it now you can submit it as soon as you get them

it depends on your luck and the officer who works on your case, some people get fast rfe some are not and take more than 1 year
