@yellow banana 🍌 No update on my case. You are almost towards the finish line then. If they are just waiting for the visa number then your case is already adjucated. I think we should see massive increase in approvals in September for cases like yours.

@Eb3 other @yellow banana 🍌 @Mark White in my case emma did service to tier2 officer and the i got email that tier2 officer careful review and create referral number and send to designated office (F0) and after that week later FO email that mention Case is in awaiting review..Do you guys know about this ?? what does they trying to say ??

The only thing that I have been doing is chatting with an agent. mostly they only give generic answers but few times different agents told me same thing like, case transfered and received date. They just said, case is processing normally and nothing outstanding and no action is required at this time. but i am expecting rfe for my medical… i dont even know if they r done doing the background check again or not or if they r still reviewing

@Eb3 other Put in a service request. It does not hurt your case. Emma/Serice reps do not have much information apart from the basics of your case. They cannot do much unless your are connected to Tier 2 rep which is almost impossible. The only solution we have is to put in a service request.

@yellow banana 🍌 I haven’t. Just a suggestion, if your medicals have expired you can just send them your medicals again. I’ve heard that sometimes this forces the rep to look at your case. Again there is a risk though the form might get lost inside USCIS without a RFE so it will be a waste of money. Look in Reddit people have done so and they have got their agents to look at the case after it.
