Missed biometric due to illness
Hi I have missed my biometric on 11 Dec. I went to ASC office on 12 th. , also raised a ticket for consideration to reschedule. Anyone has faced similar situation.
ASC officer declined my request during walk in at multiple locations in Houston. I am waiting for any update on my USCIS service request. Do they deny request if it’s after appointment date. My eb1 is still not current. neither their is any update in portal regarding missing biometrics.

Hi I have approved EB1A I-140 for which the priority date just became current. My I-140 lists my previous employer as the petitioner. Has anyone filed AOS for a situation like this? I have heard it's a gray area as some says you need a new self petition and some say it's not tied to employer.

Please advice!
I am married, fillied in my 3 years rules n400 and I did my interview in July, I passed but officer said decision couldn’t be made, got a letter couple days ago, officer requesting my transcript from 22-24. in 2022 my insisted her friend file our return and I allowed unfortunately the friend made a error and filled us single each and it shows that in my transcript but my 23 n 24 is good. what can I do ?
