New USCIS policy
The new USCIS policy essentially makes it extremely hard for future eb3 unskilled applicants. no more than 4 years and no switching programs or downgrading to maintain status

if filing becomes current for you you can file and be in authorized stay. it will affect people that are about to finish their study and still hasn’t filed

@September 2022 Don’t worry your DOF will be current by Q1 2027 at max. You will be covered once your file for i485.

closing the loophole of changing majors, language school, switching school to maintain status. 4 year capped for school instead of D/S (duration of status)
