@J Z , yes I think the inquiry helped - my company lawyers filed an SR mid June when the rfe response delivery was not reflected in any status - USCIS wrote back last week saying they're working on the case as resources become available and then a week after I saw the approval.

My husband has I-130 , I’m little new at this since I am from Indiana and my husband is immigrant , we have a case officer , do u have any advise or suggestions to help us , I’m little new at this I know that’s there’s been a law that just put in this year they canceled and ended work visa
