Asylum based green card approved
hello family God is good please have faith in God I did my interview last week Friday and it was approved today I did file WOM my self thanks to everyone in this group Thank you all for your kind wishes and support. I truly appreciate every one of you. I just want to encourage everyone that your day will come, no matter what. I know it isn't easy under this administration, but our God never sleeps. Keep your faith in God and never lose hope. I didn't know about a mandamus lawsuit at first. I learned about it through this group and then did my own research. After weighing my options, I decided to fight for my rights, and today I'm grateful for the outcome. I have always tried to encourage everyone in this group. A few months ago, I traveled outside the United States using only my Refugee Travel Document. Before I left, I told everyone that when I returned safely, I would come back and share my experience—and I kept my promise. I shared my journey because I wanted others to know that it was possible. Today, I'm keeping another promise by sharing that my green card has been approved. I don't share these experiences to brag, but to give hope to those who are still waiting. If my journey can encourage even one person to keep believing and keep fighting, then it's worth sharing. No matter how difficult the process may seem, keep fighting and don't give up. Stay informed, do your own research, be persistent, and continue to believe that things can change. I truly believe God has a plan for everyone, and your breakthrough can come too. Wishing everyone who is still waiting the very best. Stay strong, keep the faith, and never give up. If God did it for me, He can do it for you too. God bless you all.

I filed my mandamus lawsuit on April 10. Three days later, I served the summons on the government. After that, I traveled to Africa. About one month and two weeks later, the U.S. Attorney contacted me and requested a 45-day extension, with a deadline of August 5, which I agreed to. About a week later, my case was scheduled for an interview. I attended the interview by myself last Friday. During the interview, the USCIS officer and I made a few corrections to my application, and the officer updated everything in the system. Today, my green card application was approved.

@Jaggi Singh, I'm willing to help you, but I kindly ask that you also help someone else in this group. I don't have enough time to help everyone on my own, so I hope you understand. Thank you! contact me vanpelsi98@yahoo.com

@Jaggi Singh you can use ChatGPT to assist with writing wom. Just note that the most important people to serve are: US attorney general, Director USCIS, Attorney general of your state’s district court and secretary of homeland security.. I sent my wom and payment of $405 through mail but you can submit yours directly to the court, it’s faster that way. Then the court will send you summons for each defendant which you’ll put in the packet contains the exact same documents as filed in the court. Sent them through certified mail. @luck bird has been God sent in helping a lot of us on this platform. My prayer for @luck bird is that whatever dreams he and his family have in America, its territories and beyond, that they all come true for him

I know how stressful and uncertain this journey can be because I have lived through it myself. Keep believing, keep praying, and keep fighting for your rights. If God did it for me, He can do it for you too. Stay strong, keep the faith, and remember that your day is coming. God never fails.
