Average PERM to Green Card Processing Time (AOS)
Could you please tell me, on average, how long it currently takes from filing the Labor Certification (PERM) to receiving a Green Card through Adjustment of Status? Thank you so much for your advice!

For unskilled it’s taking upwards of 5 years on average at this time. There is a massive backlog from later half of 2022 to mid of 2025. This category is moving but at a really slow pace, try for other care if you can instead of this.
