my wife had an appointment yesterday for biometrics code 2, they only took picture of her and signed and that’s it. the case changed to case is being reviewed, how long till we receive the green card after this?

Has anyone here had experience working with the San Diego Field Office for their I-485 (EB-1)? My case was transferred to the local field office on October 7th, and I’m curious about others’ experiences. I-485 adjustment in court before immigration judge
So, I-130 has been approved by USCIS and I-485 has been filed with court since I was in removal proceeding. My question is is it Mandatory for my US citizen spouse to go to the court with me or it doesn’t matter!!!! Please insight from people who experienced it are really appreciated. thank you 🙏
Talked to our lawyer today
I asked if there was anyway we can get permission to travel out of the country. my husbands daughter is having her quinceañera in November and like another other girl she wants her dad to be able to dance with her, the father daughter dance. but our lawyer said unless it’s an emergency situation we most likely wouldn’t be approved to expedite. 😓just venting I guess.
