hey guys, my current EAD under C09 is expired and as a result I was unable to work. on 11/12 and 11/14, approval notice of my wava and EAD card was sent to the previous address that no one has access to. this is the second time I'm putting in service requests but yet nothing comes out fruitful. been sitting for over a month now I need to get to work. any help

Regarding the issue of address, I would suggest that for the duration of your case, use your lawyer office address and even if you move from where you are residing, your communications will always come to the office. All you have to do is to always tell your lawyer your location and he or she can mail your documents. It worked for me.

yes exactly that what I did. the address on file was my lawyers address but they moved from that office over one year ago and that office has been closed for over a ago

@King Wells so is the lawyer still your lawyer? You need to call uscis before they deny your case. They will send other notices now that vawa has been approved.

no is a different lawyer. but we eventually found it from the landlord. thank you for the input
