Hi Nii Nue, considering that your I-130 & I-485 were denied by USCIS, I would strongly advise that you find yourself an immigration lawyer to aid you in filing your I-360 Wava. The process of Wava is very complicated and it requires a legal practitioner to handle. I being there and with the help of God and a lawyer, my Vawa was approved and I am now awaiting the approval of my I-484 for Green Card. The process is long and tough you need a lawyer. @Nii Nue It would be better to submit everything on the first go around. I do agree with @Allon God seek a good attorney or a organization local to you that can help. Imo not that you wouldn’t have a chance of approval but, filing vawa after an I-130 & I-485 denial would give bombastic side eyes. Unless, It’s well document that the abuse started well before initial interview you might have something with good representation. blessings and good luck!

@Nii Nue You can do this yourself for maybe you can hire a lawyer, if you get RFE after 48 months. if you want to do it yourself, you have to do a lot of research. You will have lookup sample personal statements and follow the guildlines. don’t leave any stone unturned. If you’re good at research you can do this, if not get a lawyer to guide you. people pay lawyers because they can’t do the research themselves, lawyers have templates, so you are not reinventing the wheel.

@Nii Nue I am saying if you ever get RFE before approval. The current processing time is 41.5 months. like I said you cab do it yourself. Just make sure you follow the filling guidelines. Don't make any assumptions.

should I advise you, take things step by step with this situation I will ask you to pray and wait cause it will be like a fraud case so I will advise you to relax and pray you get someone better to help you for now save some money

you should try to get a lawyer even a free lawyer from the catholic charities.. ot call the chidolue law firm 407 995 6567 they have payment plans.
