Case Processing
The is frustrating
ALL MY RECEIPT NOTICE RECEIVED WITH MY LAST NAME MISSPELLED. back in September 2025
after received my EAD CO9 in January 2026 with a tapographic error with no faults of me are my lawyer.
we return the card with a letter of explanation and all evidence that my lawyer did make an attempt to contact them with the e request BACK IN OCTOBER 2025 Asking them to correct the error on February 11th the last status I saw was they destroy the card.
My lawyer made 4 attempts To contact uscis all the 2teir officers says They don't know what happened because I'm not supposed to wait so long for a replacement card Every time they said they're going to do their inquiry no response, my last option was to contact my Congressman he send me a us citizenship and immigration service office of legislative, affair privacy release form to fill out.
NOTE: THEY APPROVE MY ADVANCE PAROLE IN APRIL 16 2026
AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT MY NAME WAS UPDATED. BUT MY THING IS WHY CAN I NOT GET MY EAD REPLACEMENT CARD ITS WAS NO FAULTS OF OURS.
THIS IS JUS FRUSTRATING AND STRESSFUL BECAUSE I CANT WORK MY KIDS DEPENDING ON ME😔😔😔😔😔
consulate sent my EB2-NIW case back to USCIS after the interview
I had my EB2-NIW immigrat visa interview at US embassy in Dublin Ireland.
after the interview the consulate decided to send my approved petition back to USCIS for review/reconsideration and possible revocation.
Has anyone here experienced something similar with an EB2-NIW case?
If so, what happend after USCIS received the case ? did USCIS contact you or your attorney issue a notice of intent to revoke (NOIR) reaffirm the petition or take any other actions?
I would really appreciate hearing about your experience, especially how long the process took after the case was returned to USCIS.
Thanks in advance.

Hi guys. I have 10-years green card. I applied for I 131 for travel document on February this year and did fingerprint on March. I have already left the US. How long it usually takes to get the card?
I am concerned about that if I don’t enter the US within a year till my travel doc is approved, is it okay? my current green card will not be deactivated? Please advise if anyone has such a situation!! thanks in advance
