I got married in December 2024 and applied for my Green Card through the Cuban Adjustment Act in February 2025. I have already completed my biometrics and received a response to my RFE in July 2025, and I am still waiting for an update on my case. Is anyone else going through the same thing?

I send the congressman from my city a request for assistance on my SIJS pending case 8 days ago I call them 2 days ago for follow up , but they just said that they reviewed and checking how is being processed he said they going to contact me shortly.. how long should I wait ?

it's been long time my case is spending. from 2024 September Kansas showing pending because there is no available Visa. now what you're going to visit bulletin it's current but still no movement. I had taken medical passed on 2021, later again because I was sending inquiry about how long it's going to take. they give me another Medical 2024 and then they put it on pending. so what I have to do now I have to do anything?

yesterday USCIS answered to the congressman this was their answer: I have emailed the officer and their supervisor to inform them of the Congressional interest on this case and have requested a review of the files. You will be notified if anything changes. And today my Husband received an email saying: We have taken an action on your case. What do you guys think 😩😩😭

SIJS detainee by ICE
Hello everyone I’m just letting you know that SIJS also can be taken by ICE I was in detention for 2 months from December till beginning of February! This is so bad in there life is like a squid game series in there. I have never experienced that feeling before. I got detained after my criminal court in my city Pittsbugg. They detained me even tho criminal case was dismissed!!! They denied me bond release 2 times then on the 3rd one they gave me $1500 because I had a deferred action for period of 4 years. Same judge denied me 2 times then gave me after reading my I-360 approved and protected so silly!
FCK Trump administration!
When I got released they put me GPS tracking on my ankle and took my docs like CDL and ID staff!
Got it back recently after filling Habaues Corps!

denied boarding in flight
I had a flight today from india to USA and have a hold time in Dubai for 12 hours as I went to check inn counter they told me that you cannot board the flight is embassy told don’t board this person I have valid advance parole till 2029 I don’t u destined the reason can anyone had the same situation please leme know
who’s fault
Hey everyone. I’m an international student. I had some concerns and was in a dilemma simce long time. I had applied for EB-3 unskilled on sep 2023 through BDV. Unfortunately sponsor dropped out. Bdv showed no reaction, as if it was my fault and hung me for 3 more months after LC approval. I see VB has been getting better for 3-4 months. My new LC was filed last year in May 2025. I didn’t want to continue since I don’t get my money back and I told them to choose any sponsor like and they narrowed down and applied one. The thing is i have no hope and lose my patience cuz now I have to wait more than I had to. I have left 1 and a half years to complete my degree. And recently H-1 B was changed based on wages or I might be wrong. So, should I stick with unskilled or focus on my studies? Please don’t tell it will take 5-10. I’m all aware of that situation. I just wanna know what to do.
