RFE came for I-485 Supplement J for my EB-1A self petition (no job offer required)

Today, RFE was sent for my I-485 Supplement J for my EB-1A Self-petition (no job offer required) and case status was “RFE was sent” after 30-40 mins status changed to “Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS” Nothing outstanding is required at this time. Is this something unusual? Do I need to respond to that RFE? what are the best possible options in this scenario? online account, RFE doc is there in documents tab and online account showing rfe is still active but status is actively reviewing by USCIS.
