anybody from PD May 2021 still waiting? please respond here.. I have had my interview done almost one year ago and no movement after the interview at all…. I keep seeing people from PD 2022 getting approved yet some people from PD 2021 still waiting…
my current status showing Case requiew USCIS to send a notice (changed few days ago) other than that No UPDATE SINCE LAST year…
I have done 2-3 times congressman inquiry no luck, checked EMMA CHAT so many times no luck..opened service request.. no luck…

So sad to see uscis doing this to people. What reply did they give for the service request?

i think you will get approved soon, because I think that they will solely focus on 2021 applicants from now on as the PD is jan2022 and they were trying to use up the available visa numbers for the ones who filed online (PD with 2022) before the new fiscal year retrogessed to jan 2022. most likely you will get approved really soon

Same. Service request and live agent keep saying that my case is currently pending, although my pd is Dec 2021.

@Kim Lee I Pray this is the case because I have seen people from 2020 PD still waiting and January 2021 still waiting with no response. How nice wouldn’t it be if we had a system where we knew exactly how long and when they have to work on a case. In a perfect world, it would have been nice
