I received the notice today, and I just want to confirm that it’s a generic noticr about FBI privacy requirements for biometrics collection by USCIS. No action required. Also, Lawfully confirms that at least 120,000 people received this letter; confirming it’s just a general update to acknowledge your right about knowing how the USCIS use your fingerprints to check records kept by the FBI.
On a side note, the 2027 Fiscal year just started yesterday for USCIS, let’s hope lots of approvals coming in the first quarter. Good luck everyone!

most probably because my biometrics were about to expire (15 months) and the officer wanted to prepate the case ahead. several people in lawfully community got this second fingerprint @monsieur labul

Do u mean whoever received this notice should not do anything. if it's second biometric, do I need to do it?

@Eko Law I’m clear; the FBI privacy requirements notice doesn’t need an action. that’s being said; there’s around 3% of these notices that are case-relevant and requires your attention. if they ask you to show up for a biometric then show up!
