I had a flight today from india to USA and have a hold time in Dubai for 12 hours as I went to check inn counter they told me that you cannot board the flight is embassy told don’t board this person I have valid advance parole till 2029 I don’t u destined the reason can anyone had the same situation please leme know
who’s fault
Hey everyone. I’m an international student. I had some concerns and was in a dilemma simce long time. I had applied for EB-3 unskilled on sep 2023 through BDV. Unfortunately sponsor dropped out. Bdv showed no reaction, as if it was my fault and hung me for 3 more months after LC approval. I see VB has been getting better for 3-4 months. My new LC was filed last year in May. I didn’t want to continue since I don’t get my money back and I told them to choose any sponsor like and they narrowed down and applied one. The thing is i have no hope and lose my patience cuz now I have to wait more than I had to. I have left 1 and a half years to complete my degree. And recently H-1 B was changed based on wages or I might be wrong. So, should I stick with unskilled or focus on my studies? Please don’t tell it will take 5-10. I’m all aware of that situation. I just wanna know what to do.
Smooth experience but pretty simple case.
Smooth and painless other than the waiting part, interview was all of 20 minutes with only 10 questions other than the disqualifying crime one’s.

eb3 unskilled congressman/ senator uscis inquire
Has anyone done the case inquiry through congressman or senator and got the reply from uscis. If someone card got approved after receiving inquiry from uscis? If yes how long does it takes to get approved once you got inquiry from uscis through congressman or senator?
How Long Does It Take EY To Send My Package?
My employer goes with EY. I sent them all of the papers and they received on 4/1. I emailed them multiple times to ask for status but no reply. I am not sure when will I get the USCIS receipt number. Anyone has experience with EY, please share. Thanks.

In January, I received a response saying they are waiting to schedule my interview in Boston.
Has anyone had a similar experience in Boston? How long did it take to get the interview scheduled?”
