No Update after GC interview
I had my green card interview on 6th August . it’s been a month with no update . our interview went really well . he asked to upload the document/affidavict which proves I live with my wife which I did the very next day . When I use the USCIS apis , it says action required . is anyone in the same boat . this wait is so frustrating 😢

@Siddharth kela I am curious as why he will ask that you upload evidence to show you live with your wife. The initial evidence you submitted with your forms should’ve proven that, extensively, or did you not submit enough evidence? Also, did you use a lawyer and was he/she at your interview?

I had my interview August 17th, the office was super nice! I had uploaded EVERYTHING prior to my interview and he was super grateful! Said he would approve my I130 on the same day and then approve the I485 after a few steps, but would do it asap. On the 18th, I got my I130 approval. But guess what? it’s been 3 weeks and my I485 still shows as Interview Was Scheduled. Nothing has changed, not even to processing or reviewing.
