Case Processing
waiting times
I just submitted my case on February 23, but I'm seeing many personal experiences where people who submitted in 2023 or 2024 are still waiting for their I-140. What do you recommend-filing for premium processing? I'm also noticing that some people get responses faster than others, and I'm not sure why that is.
For example, some people who submitted their case in July 2024 have already received a response, while others who submitted in May 2024 haven't. Do you know why some are reviewed faster than others?

EB-2 NIW Approved! (with RFE)
It was a long and stressful wait, but it moved surprisingly fast once USCIS registered my RFE reply.
If you’re still waiting (with or without RFE), don’t lose hope. Your approval is coming too. Keep going! 💪

I-751 online filing
Hello everyone, before I start sharing my story I would like to thank everyone here in advance, these groups and public support are very helpful and the advice you get here from people are very appreciated and helpful and sometimes believe it or not are more helpful than lawyers.
I moved here on 12/2016 and first few months I applied for asylum, my case was based on me being a Christian, I was born in Nazareth and I have gone through wars and racism against Christian people in the middle east and wanted a better life for myself because it wasn't safe or secure raising a family there.
My asylum case was pending until 2023, I adjusted my status because I met the love of my life and mother of my daughter, we filed our I-130 and got approved on 06/24/2024 and now I am sharing this because I just filed my I-751 online.
I submitted: bank statements, credit card authorized user letter, marriage certificate and my daughter birth certificate, taxes return transcripts, insurance together, lots of pictures, notarized affidavits, 401K beneficiary for both of us, water and gas and phone bills and IDs showing the same address.
The reason I am posting this is because of my past experience with USCIS, I got a NOID for my initial green card (I-130) because my lawyer didn't submit everything we sent him for I-130 and I had to take 2 months off in 2021 because It took them forever to renew my EAD during COVID when I was having a pending asylum case that has been officially withdrawn recently. So I have a weird and stressful flashback memories dealing with forms and cases like that.
Any suggestions or ideas or even past experience you can share will be much appreciated, good luck to everyone here!!
Approved without interview
I was really hoping to get an interview scheduled after many months of waiting, but both I-130 and I-485 were approved without interview, 3 days apart.
