Anyone from San Francisco field office got approval?
My case is paper filling case. I responded the RFE medical on August 12, and got confirmation from USPS that they received my RFE response but my case status has not been updated yet. I don’t know if it was really delivered or not. 😔Last year I got the same situation that made me lost ability to go to work, they lost my I-765 renewal docs 😩, I’m scared it will happen the same.
Has anyone experienced the same thing like this? 😢

mine RFE was delivered on July 2 and no update. so I resend my medical RFE and got delivered today at SFO was due on Sept 16.

@yellow banana 🍌 you can contact Emma by Sep 12 and say that your rfe response was delivered and it didn’t update in your case status and you are worried that it may get rejected. Some will say to wait 60 days. Call again, someone will help you to raise Service Request to the field office inquiring about the rfe response delivered or not. You will get a response by email within weeks. Keep the delivered proof with you while calling. This was my experience.

@J Z thanks for letting me know. I’ll wait for a bit more since my deadline for this RFE is Oct 28 but they told me that I should replied asap for this fiscal year in the RFE letter

I know a friend pd is 06/21 and still waiting, last time he checked on it they said wait, you can try to send the request to expedite since emma said this FO is taking a little bit longer
