Hello, I applied for AOS along with my spouse via EB2. it’s a long distance relationship and we’ve had our interview around a month ago. We’re not sure it went great as there seem to be extra scrutiny because of a past marrriage. My (principal applicant) green card has been approved and produced but there’s been no update on my spouse since. what do you think this means or how long should I expect to get an update

It has been almost 19 months since we submitted our I-130 application, and we have not received approval. We have sent inquiries to USCIS and have not received a response. We have also requested the senator's intervention, but to no avail. Do you have any recommendations? #uscis #I130

N400+ I751 (combo interview)

hello guys , I have a combo interview coming up soon. 3 years rule. anyone with such experience? especially in NYC federal plaza ! how was it ? what to expect ? do they go through i751 first ? I have some documents ready to prepare ; joint lease , rental insurance, taxes, electricity bills , internet bills, cheacking and savings bank statements, photos, some official mails with same address with me or wife’s name. l also have an official dismissal letter from court of an arrest of 2 hrs lol. just trying to think aloud and get prepare and check if someone had this combo interview experience; as I really can’t wait to get this long journey done. thanks in advance and good luck to everyone

Got my I-140 approved last year (Jun/2024), then in December we received a notice of Intention to revoke (NOIR). They said they are reviewing the form. Does anyone gone through same situation? we filled a RFE in December and sent it back. but till now (Jul/2025) no response.

texas service center- case has been actively reviewed since march 31, 2023… on friday i received a notification “case is actively being reviewed since june 27,2025”…. i am worried,,any in same boat??

I just got this message last week from USCIS. I’m still hoping to get my green card soon. I would love to travel, but I’m not sure at the moment I don’t know what to do. I might wait for my green card for a couple weeks. If I don’t get it in couple weeks, I’ll you try the travel with the Travel document.
