OCT vb is great news for some applicants
For those with pd in 2022, it’s not good;
but for those pd in 2021, it’s great news!!!
Now uscis need to focus on 2021 cases, the backlogs will be cleared at the fastest rate.
We will see many approvals in the first quarter.

yeah, it has been unfair for the 2021 pending cases meanwhile 2022 cases were prioritized just because most of them being recent filings with IOE receipts.
