I-485 Still waiting after intervew
We had our interview at the Newark Field Office on 10/10/2025, and it went well. Later that same day, I received an I-485 RFE from the Newark FO stating that they could not determine whether my husband met the financial requirements to sponsor me.
Our attorney responded to the RFE with the latest financial documents. This was surprising because we had originally submitted all required documents and carefully reviewed everything before filing.
Our I-130 was approved on 10/15/2025.
The field office confirmed that they received the RFE response, but it has now been 107 days with no update. Has anyone experienced a similar delay? At what point would it be appropriate to contact a congressman?

Hello Guys, this is my timeline
-March 2023 submitted the form I-751 as jointly.
- December 2025: Received an update that they scheduled an interview.
- February 6,2026: I attended the interview and they did the interview as waiver because I got divorced.
-February 7,2026: Case approved and new card is being produced
February 13,2026: Card Was Produced.
February 17,2026: Received the Card.

do you need to withdraw their asylum before obtaining a marriage-based green card in Atlanta FO?
Are there any people in Atlanta FO who did not withdraw their asylum before obtaining a marriage-based green card and got approved?
I heard you shouldn't withdraw your asylum pending status before obtaining a marriage green card. However, some Atlantans believe they will not receive direct approval if they do not withdraw their asylum pending status beforehand(but after interview).
I don't know if Atlanta is different; I've received many different suggestions. Has anyone personally experienced it in Atlanta?
Derivative getting greencard before principal Applicant
Is anybody in the same situation? I’m the principal applicant, filed my case , got married and added my spouse afterwards. PD became current this January and her case is approved but mine still remains on “case remains pending, we are temporarily pausing work on your application because an immigrant visa is not immediately available to you”

VAWA Filing
Hi. I am going to file my I-360 based on VAWA from the Philippines. However, the direct mailing address I found from USCIS website does not say anything about where to send the package if filer is outside the US.
I chatted with a live agent on USCIS through Emma and even the agent can't give me a direct answer.
My question is: Do I have to mail it to Nebraska Service Center?
