after returning my ead card with a letter of explanation because of a typographical error was made by uscis.
in February they destroy my card
now after waiting 8months i had to get my congressman involved
i just got messaged that uscis update my name after they misspelled my name.

Hi everyone, does anyone happen to know how long the approval process takes after an F4 case is transferred to Elis, since its number changes to IO? Is there anyone who has handled this type of case from Latin America? Thanks a lot.

anyone got interview scheduled from milwaukee fo? lately how long it take from the interview scheduled update to actual interview date.? would they give enough time for prepartion since bdv is quite slow to give out documents lately. need to gathrr documents so any info would be helpful rn.

I received the notice today, and I just want to confirm that it’s a generic noticr about FBI privacy requirements for biometrics collection by USCIS. No action required. Also, Lawfully confirms that at least 120,000 people received this letter; confirming it’s just a general update to acknowledge your right about knowing how the USCIS use your fingerprints to check records kept by the FBI.
On a side note, the 2027 Fiscal year just started yesterday for USCIS, let’s hope lots of approvals coming in the first quarter. Good luck everyone!
