F2A - APPROVED finally!! PD: Jan 2023
Hi,
I am the father, I petitioned for my son, under 21 and PD: Jan 2023. I was losing hope, then I contacted my congressman about this and they did an congressional inquiry and today I got his approval.
I’ll try to answer any question which y’all have. Don’t lose hope ✌️
I140 is past 600 days already and yet there is no update.
Hello all,
My PD is March 2024, and yet no update.
Processing center is NSC. Is there anyone here with a PD on ending of January to March, with NEBRASKA as the processing center, and under normal processing that have received a decision or update on their case?. kindly share to keep us informed. Also when should we expect a decision, looking at the drastic jump of the FAD??.
Thanks to you all for your time.

International Travel with expired Green Card + 48-month Extension Letter
Hi everyone, I’m debating whether I should travel abroad with my expired green card and the extension letter. I know that, in theory, it should be fine to re-enter the U.S., but I’d love to hear from anyone who’s done it recently. I’ve also heard that there can sometimes be issues when checking in for the return flight.
I’m thinking about going to Thailand for two weeks just for vacation, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the stress.
Would appreciate any thoughts or experiences!
i360 sijs
My i360 for sijs special immigrant juvenilewas improperly rejected by uscis last month i have attorney and they filed my i360 from their credit card , as per credit card the information they provided was 100% accurate and the card was readily available to charge i was 20 when my attorney filed my i360 and they rejected after a week but then i turned 21 and thy said payment was denied because invalid authorization, my attorney resubmitted with all the proofs that card was readily available for charge and uscis never tried to charge their card either , he also requested for supervisory review of case it seems to be likely a uscis lock box error do u believe that these are happening on purpose, i got the new recipt now im waiting for a best officer of uscis to review it and give back the original date when i was 20
do you guys have any Idea, what type of documentars they can request. I already submitted marriage affidavit/ birth affidavit
I got messages for more evidence submit request today but mailing later didn’t arrived yet.

What God cannot do does not exist. Father is us again still hoping and trusting You for a positive outcome! You are a protocol breaker and not a God of timelines, You know the end from the beginning and we know You have gone before us before every pending application, and made the bumpy road smooth. we cast out every spirit of fear and rejection and we claim victory in our various cases! in Jesus name, Amen!
Any similar situation
I don’t know if I have somebody who has some same situation. My situation is when I applied for my visa. I lied to the government. I said I am married, but I wasn’t when I made my asylum case, and I told the government the truth. Somebody told me to lie, and after that I applied for my green card. It is through marriage, but my lawyer forgot the question blank with no answer: “Have you ever lied?” I got my green card, but now I try to apply for my citizenship. And I am scared of what’s going to happen?
