Seeking Insight on international travel on advanced parole to a country on the list countries where immigrant visa issuance has been paused.
I currently have a pending I-485 (Adjustment of Status) application, along with an approved EAD and Advance Parole travel document. I have an urgent need to travel to my home country, Ghana 🇬🇭.
However, I’m concerned that I may experience challenges upon my return at a US port of entry because Ghana is among the 75 countries where the U.S. Department of State has paused the issuance of immigrant visas since January 21, 2026.
Is there anyone here (or do you know anyone) from any of these affected countries who has traveled internationally using Advance Parole since this pause took effect? I would greatly appreciate it if you could share your experience or any insights.

After Interview for I130 &I485
Hello, my Jan Interview was postponed to Feb. Yesterday, I completed the Interview at the Dallas centre. I have been told that I will receive communication by email and by post. So far, nothing has come, and there is no change on their website either.
Here, I would like to know how long it takes to get a reply.

I travel my home country and going back with combo card advance parole documents
I did immigration and boarding but airline gate they stop me and told me I can’t go flight US immigration and border send airline mail “do not board” he don’t have valid documents.
I m confused I did travel same documents in 2024 and I have valid advance parole combo card I don’t have any crime.I talk my lawyer n he said I have to contact US embassy anyone know about this please let me know
Got green card 4 months ago again called for interview after receiving green card
Hello, i was approved for an green card 4 months ago, and on February 11th i got update that my interview was scheduled. Did anyone have experience with their interview being scheduled after receiving green card? My dependent was scheduled as well but in a different city not in a home field office. any experiences?
how long to get i130 (f3) approved?
Filed in 2018, migrated to Elis in 2024 and still hasn't been approved yet. I understand about visa bulletin and such, I just want to see it's been approved at least. I just want to understand if it's processing normally or it should have been approved by then, so we could wait for visa availability for a few more years
