Hi everyone,
I had my asylum interview in June 2025, and since then I haven’t received any updates. My case status still simply says “Application is Pending.”
Is there anyone here with a similar case who has been waiting this long after their asylum interview?
Do you think the fact that there haven’t been any negative updates could be a good sign, or does it simply mean that the case is still pending?
I would really appreciate hearing about anyone’s experience. 🙏

ask your attorney to submit a case inquiry via mail to the office handle your case requesting an adjudication and check if they're us anything they need that might be holding up the case
