Hi everyone, I had my asylum interview in June 2025, and since then I haven’t received any updates. My case status still simply says “Application is Pending.” Is there anyone here with a similar case who has been waiting this long after their asylum interview? Do you think the fact that there haven’t been any negative updates could be a good sign, or does it simply mean that the case is still pending? I would really appreciate hearing about anyone’s experience. 🙏

my asylum interview was in June 2025. And my tracker has not moved or updated yet, is this normal and has anyone received a decision without any updates in your tracker and is this a good sign?

Has anyone received ADIT stamp lately?

I-485 filled on January 13,2026 from partially banned country. Case transferred to Chicago FO in March, 2026. Confirmed by Emma. NOID received on August 10,2026 asking for continuous maintenance of Status. We had several adjustment of status and change of status before FI/F2 status. Case Approved for principal and derivative (30 mins apart) on Oct 4, 2026 Thank God.

l’d like to ask how long I-130 is currently taking filed by GC holder for their spouse . I’ve been seeing people who filed a long time ago and are still waiting for their approval. I’m wondering what the realistic processing time is these days

#751 #roc waiting since 2022 for 751 , and just 2025 I add divorce sertificate, why so too long and my lawyer says don’t apply N-400 yet , so is that potancial denied? I never apply inquiry. just called for adit stamp and got notification for Case Required USCIS To Send A Notice. is there anybody at the same boat ?

Case moved to NYC field office

My case has been moved to NYC field office(non-local) in Jul.28th 2026 and till today (Oct.3 2026) I still have not heard back any updates since the 04.24 biometrics record. Do you see NYC field office a longer processing agent in general? What shall I expect?

lawfully update

Just staring this month and I realized lawfully now doesn't show the monthly grow for cases that we could see if this month the cases are being going ahead or just stuck. Now you have to pay for it. it's not a complaint. just wanna to know if it was normal before or just my account with the amount of time I have it that had this change.
