DQ but incompte status
I received a DQ email from NVC on October 10. When I checked my NVC portal, I noticed that my passport and police certificate were marked as missing, even though I had submitted them before the DQ and they were previously accepted.#
My passport still has 7 months of validity, but I have since renewed it after the DQ. Up to this moment, my case status still shows incomplete.
I am wondering:
Should I upload the new passport?
Will uploading it affect the DQ status, or should I ignore it for now?

am tired of waiting for an approval
everyday I wake up I check the app and my online account just to see an update any update am approaching 3 years and still nothing I can't be more frustrated than I am right now I feel like giving up on this whole immigration thing I don't know why they won't set us free. I've seen people with this year PD getting approved and nothing coming our way and we are 2023 filers.

Passport Update After Visa âIssuedâ Status
Itâs been 3 weeks since my husbandâs CR1 visa interview, and about 2 weeks now since his visa status showed as âIssuedâ. Still, heâs not yet received his passport back.
I will continue to keep everyone updated regarding the delivery of his passport. Seems like itâs taking longer for us. We contacted the consulate and they couldnât help us. All they said was that once it has been mailed, itâs out of their hands and they can do nothing more about it.

hi everyone, my PD is Dec 2023 and I had my interview (Chicago) yesterday for I-130 and I-485.
How long does it take to have a decision? my medicals where sent, my pd is current, I had all documents, interview went ok I think, very professional, no issues. Iâm jus wondering if this is gonna be a case of waiting another year or so
