Timeline
I have a question for anyone with a 2022 VAWA case. Last year I saw a lot of people with October and November 2022 filing dates saying their cases were approved. But recently, I’m seeing many people from the same months saying they are still waiting.
If you filed in 2022, especially October or November, can you please share your filing date and whether your case is still pending or approved? It would help us understand where USCIS is currently with 2022 cases. Thank you!

forget everything you think you know about processing times w uscis. they don’t work chronologically. I’m march 2022 and haven’t heard anything not even an RFE. if you are really curious to see where you are compared to other people in your block I suggest you to look up casehub and pay 20$ it will tell you everything. I think I tried all features and options it has.
