8 months after filing I-485: No Approval 😭
hey guys this month is 8 months since I filed my I485 and I haven’t heard anything yet,
I saw a silent timestamp on 03/06 and Emma confirmed that my case was transferred from Los Angeles field office to Baltimore (local to me).
it’s been 2 months since the transfer to local fo and nothing is happening.
I chat Emma agent who still says my interview is waived but still no movement.
I contacted Congressman to make an inquiry but USCIS says my case is processing within normal office processing time. meanwhile people I submitted my application before them all got approved.

What if you get the 10 year green card instead of 2 year gc by mistake from Uscis,
(got married on October 2020, came to US on July 2022.)
I'm been treating my gc like a conditional one so I filed for i751, there's any issue while traveling nowadays or later while applying for citizenship?
(have both the 10 year gc and extension letter, still pending case for 2 years)
Any case similar with mine?

interfiling between eb2niw and eb1
I filed EB2 NIW in December 2024 and it was approved through PP in january 2025. t
This year I filed eb1A+i-485 concurrently in january 2026.I became eliguble for AOS under eb2 niw filed a proper interfiling request on April 1st 2026. Called USCIS last week and they told me my pending I-485 is now attached to the approved EB2 NIW
anyone experienced with that?

Hi everyone, I’m a U.S. green card holder. I filed Form I-130 for my wife on January 4, 2024, and my case is still showing as “processing.” I haven’t received any updates so far.
Is this normal processing time, or should I take any action (such as contacting USCIS or submitting an inquiry)?

I filled my I-751 over two years ago and I file my N-400 almost a year now and no update. until this morning I got an email saying :
We have taken an action on your case
Sign in to your account to view your case status
When I signed in I saw no updates.
Has this ever happened to anyone before ? should I be worried?

H4 EAD premium processing question
My husband applied for H1B online last October. Also I applied for change of status H1B to H4 this march 2026 online with his I129 receipt number.
As its been getting delayed, he is planning to apply for Premium Processing. I would like to send my H4 EAD application with this bundle. Is this possible to send my application as paper filing as everything is done online already?? Not sure how to proceed. Please suggest.
