return to USA after leaving the country with expired combo card and pending I-485 vawa I-360 pending
My friends combo card renewal was pending and he left USA in June this year but 2 days back his combo card got approved and card printed
He left USA on pending I-485 vawa pending I-360
Will he be allowed back to USA if he comes ?
